Instructions for Changing Filter Cartridges
- Remove the round cover on top of the dust collector.
- Loosen hold-down knobs for blower pipes.
- Loosen the (3) pipe unions and remove the blower pipes.
- Remove the filter cartridge holders.
- Remove the used filter cartridges.
- Install new filter cartridges and re-install the filter cartridge holders (make sure the cartridge is centered in the hole) tighten the nuts on the filter cartridge holders (do not overtighten).
- Re-install blower pipes and tighten the pipe unions (making sure the blower pipe nozzles are centered in the filter cartridge)
- Tighten the hold-down knobs for the blower pipes.
- Replace the round cover and secure with hold-down knobs.
- Inspect the filter cartridge monthly and replace every 6 to 12 months.
