Instructions for Changing Filter Cartridges

1. Remove the round cover on top of the dust collector.
2. Loosen hold-down knobs for blower pipes.
3. Loosen the (3) pipe unions and remove the blower pipes.
4. Remove the filter cartridge holders.
5. Remove the used filter cartridges.
6. Install new filter cartridges and re-install the filter cartridge holders (make sure the cartridge is centered in the hole) tighten the nuts on the filter cartridge holders (do not overtighten).
7. Re-install blower pipes and tighten the pipe unions (making sure the blower pipe nozzles are centered in the filter cartridge)
8. Tighten the hold-down knobs for the blower pipes.
9. Replace the round cover and secure with hold-down knobs.
10. Inspect the filter cartridge monthly and replace every 6 to 12 months.
